Ads in the Conference Guide & Awards Banquet Program

• Sponsor can advertise in the high-quality printed booklet given to attendees at registration, which provides the conference schedule, information about all our speakers, and interviews with some of our spotlight guests. Our ThrillerFest Awards Banquet is the culmination of the conference and is filled with Thriller luminaries enjoying an elegant, sit-down dinner as they cheer on the award winners. The Awards Banquet Program is given to all attendees of the Saturday evening ITW Thriller Awards Banquet.
• Ad space is available for purchase in both the ThrillerFest printed Conference Guide, and the Awards Banquet Program. 
• Ads must be booked and artwork received by January 31, 2027

Reserved Banquet Table: $2,500 

• Sponsor receives ten (10) tickets for the Saturday Night Awards Banquet (reserved seating – one table). 
• Name or Logo sign on reserved table, created by ThrillerFest.

CraftFest Luncheon Book Centerpiece: $200

• Sponsor can display a book as part of an attractive centerpiece at the CraftFest Luncheon on Wednesday. The CraftFest lunch is included with CraftFest registration and was attended by over 600 thriller enthusiasts last year. Attendees sit down to a gourmet lunch while they hear an interview with a VIP guest.
• Sponsor’s book will be one of ten books on each table.
• Sponsor will provide 50 books for each spot, and books must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• Sponsor may purchase up to three (3) spots, if available.

Debut Author Breakfast Book Centerpiece: $250

• Sponsor can display a book as part of an attractive centerpiece at the Debut Author Breakfast. The breakfast introducing our Debut authors is one of the most popular events of the conference. Attendees enjoy a buffet breakfast while the 2026 Debut authors are introduced on stage.
• Sponsor’s book will be one of ten books on each table.
• Sponsor will provide 50 books for each spot, and books must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• Sponsor may purchase up to three (3) spots, if available.

Awards Banquet Book Centerpiece: $350

• Sponsor can display a book as part of an attractive centerpiece at the Saturday evening ThrillerFest Awards Banquet. The Awards Banquet is the culmination of the conference and is filled with thriller luminaries enjoying an elegant, sit-dow dinner as they cheer on the award winners.

Easel Rental for Book Cover Poster Display: $325

• A poster of Sponsor’s choice will be displayed in a high-traffic area for all four days of the conference. ThrillerFest will provide the easel and manage the daily display of the poster.
• Sponsor is responsible for providing the foam-core backed, portrait-oriented, 24”x36” poster. The poster must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• Sponsor may purchase multiple easels, if available. 

Debut Author Breakfast Co-Sponsorship: $500

• ThrillerFest is near and dear to all of us, and the Debut Author Breakfast, included with ThrillerFest registration, is one of our most cherished events. Being on that stage to showcase a project that may have taken two or ten years to write is a moment that inspires writers still on the path to publishing—and it is fondly remembered by authors who have experienced that special moment. Be a part of supporting the 2027 debuts while they’re being showcased at the conference.
• Sponsor will be provided with one easel to display a Sponsor-provided, foam-core backed, portrait-oriented 24″ x 36″ poster in a prominent location for all four days of the conference. The poster must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• Sponsor featured by name in a special thank you in the ThrillerFest Conference Guide, as well as thanked at ThrillerFest Banquet and the Debut Author Breakfast
• Sponsor receives one (1) reserved seat at a VIP table at the Debut Author Breakfast.

Inclusion of Bookmarks or Postcards in ThrillerFest Tote Bags: $750

• Sponsor may provide bookmarks or postcards for inclusion in the first 750 ThrillerFest conference tote bags.
• Sponsor will provide 750 bookmarks or postcards (maximum size of 4 inches x 8 inches x .25 inches) to ThrillerFest for inclusion in the conference tote bags.
• ThrillerFest staff will stuff the bookmarks/postcards into the first 750 tote bags picked up onsite.
• Bookmarks/postcards must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• Sponsor thanked by name in the ThrillerFest Conference Guide and at the ThrillerFest Banquet.

Vendor Table Onsite: $1,000

• Sponsor will have one dedicated six-foot draped table in a high-traffic area to promote their brand onsite for Wednesday through Saturday of ThrillerFest.
• Table dimensions are 72 inches x 30 inches. Table comes with two chairs. Please note that due to hotel constraints, table does not come with access to power or any overnight security.
• Sponsor may display any branding on or around the general footprint of the table that they’d like. Sponsor is responsible for shipment of branding materials for table. 
• Table will be available for Sponsor to staff during from Wednesday through Saturday of the conference, during the hours that CraftFest and ThrillerFest operate. Sponsor may not be present at table from 12:30pm to 5:30pm on Thursday, during PitchFest.
• Sponsor thanked by name in the ThrillerFest Conference Guide and at the ThrillerFest Banquet.

• Sponsor logo listed on the homepage of thrillerfest.com, as well as on all conference onsite signage.
• Sponsor receives one half-page ad (4.5″ wide x 3.75″ high) in the Awards Banquet program. Artwork must be received by January 31, 2027. All graphics are black & white unless otherwise noted. Resolution: 300 dpi (press quality) File formats accepted: PDF (preferred), TIF or JPG.

BRONZE  SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

E-Book Giveaways: $1,500

• Sponsor can send an email digital sampler or digital ARC to the ThrillerFest/International Thriller Writers email list, which reaches up to 18,000 subscribers. Sponsorship is for one weekly spot in February, March, or April 2027. Sponsor provides the copy, and the ThrillerFest team designs the email-blast. Sponsor works with the ThrillerFest team to determine the release date.

Branded Post-It Notes: $2,000 – ON HOLD FOR AUTOCRIT

• Sponsor logo displayed on Post-It Notes to be included in the tote bags given to conference attendees. The Post-It Notes are designed, implemented, and placed in conference tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Sponsor-provided Branded Swag Item in ThrillerFest tote bags: $2,000 [3 AVAILABLE]

• Sponsor may provide 750 branded items of Sponsor’s choice, to be included in the tote bags given to conference attendees. Item must fit easily into tote bags, and approved by ThrillerFest staff. Tote dimensions provided upon request.
• Item must be received onsite by Saturday, April 24, 2027, with tracking information provided to ThrillerFest showrunners. 
• ThrillerFest staff will stuff the items into the first 750 tote bags picked up onsite.

Branded Notepad: $2,500 – ON HOLD FOR PIPELINE MEDIA

• Sponsor logo and quote on 4×6 notepad to be included in the tote bags given to conference attendees. The Notepads are designed, implemented, and placed in conference tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Fresh Perspectives or Undiscovered New Voices Scholarship Sponsorship: $2,500

• Sponsor enables one scholarship recipient to attend ThrillerFest XXII (2027). Recipient receives an all-access pass and a travel stipend.
• The ThrillerFest scholarship panel determines the scholarship winners. The Fresh Perspectives Scholarship is for any underrepresented author, published or unpublished. The Undiscovered Voices scholarship is for any unpublished author.

SILVER-level sponsorship includes the individual sponsorship details, and,

• Sponsor logo listed on the homepage of thrillerfest.com, as well as on all conference onsite signage.
• Sponsor receives one half-page ad (4.5″ wide x 3.75″ high) in the Awards Banquet program. Artwork must be received by January 31, 2027. All graphics are black & white unless otherwise noted. Resolution: 300 dpi (press quality) File formats accepted: PDF (preferred), TIF or JPG.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Branded Permanent Marker for Author signings: $3,000 – ON HOLD FOR LEVEL BEST BOOKS

• Sponsor logo displayed on ThrillerFest provided permanent markers to be included in conference tote bags given to attendees and available at the multiple Author signing events from Wednesday through Saturday. The markers are designed, implemented, and placed in conference tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Sponsored PitchFest Afternoon Drinks: $5,000

• PitchFest, on Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm, is the largest event of its kind, where PitchFest attendees line up to pitch their manuscripts to 60+ agents and editors. The drinks service is available to all PitchFest attendees, agents, and editors. 
• Sponsor logo printed on ThrillerFest-provided station napkins.

Personalized Key Cards for Hilton Hotel Rooms: $5,000

• Sponsor logo displayed on personalized ThrillerFest XXII hotel key cards, which are given to attendees in the ThrillerFest room block.
• Deadline for sponsorship: February 28, 2027

TITANIUM-level sponsorship includes the individual sponsorship details, and,

• Sponsor branded luggage tags (provided by ThrillerFest) to be included in the conference tote bags given to attendees. Bottles designed, implemented and stuffed into the tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Branded Water Bottles: $7,500 

• Sponsor branded water bottles (provided by ThrillerFest) to be included in the conference tote bags given to attendees. Bottles designed, implemented and stuffed into the tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Morning Coffee Service (on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday): $7,500

• Sponsorship of morning coffee service on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Sponsor logo prominently featured on station cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

Challenge Coin: $8,500

• A challenge coin bears an organization’s logo and celebrates a notable achievement or recognition of someone and is used to boost morale and show appreciation. Challenge coins with sponsor logo and/or promotion will be minted and included in conference tote bags.
• Challenge coin designed and implemented and stuffed into the tote bags by the ThrillerFest team, and approved by Sponsor.

• ThrillerFest will provide attendees with a conference tote bag with the event logo on one side and the Sponsor logo on the other side. Tote bags designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

Conference Badge Holders: $10,000 – ON HOLD FOR AUDIBLE

• ThrillerFest will provide attendees with a badge holder and lanyard with the Sponsor logo prominently featured. Badge holders designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

WiFi Internet Access + Security Shirts: $10,000 – ON HOLD FOR SHARJAH BOOK AUTHORITY

• Sponsor logo will be displayed on the back of all security team shirts, as well as custom-designed internet code on sponsor-branded cards at registration. Shirts and Wi-Fi cards designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

CraftFest Luncheon (Wednesday): $10,000

• Sponsorship of Wednesday’s CraftFest Luncheon, a plated meal with special VIP guests in conversation. Sponsor showcased and thanked at Luncheon. Sponsor receives reserved seating near stage.

Wednesday Evening CraftFest Cocktail Party: $10,000

• Sponsorship of Wednesday’s CraftFest Cocktail Party, providing two (2) drinks per guest. Sponsor logo featured prominently on cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

Thursday Evening ThrillerFest Opening Cocktail Party: $10,000 – ON HOLD FOR MINOTAUR, ST. MARTIN’S, TOR PUBLISHING GROUP, and FORGE

• Sponsorship of Thursday’s ThrillerFest Opening Reception, providing two (2) drinks per guest. Sponsor logo featured prominently on cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

Friday Evening Cocktail Party: $10,000 – ON HOLD FOR KEVIN ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES

• Sponsorship of the Friday Night Cocktail Party, providing two (2) drinks per guest. Sponsor logo featured prominently on cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

Awards Banquet Audio/Video: $10,000

• Sponsorship of the Audio/Video production for the Saturday Night Thriller Awards Banquet. Sponsor logo featured prominently on Banquet Guide and on posters at Banquet.

Awards Banquet Wine Service: $10,000

• Sponsorship of the wine service at the Saturday Night Thriller Awards Banquet, providing two (2) bottles of wine per table. Wine bottle tent cards printed with Sponsor name on all tables. Wine chosen and implemented by ThrillerFest team.

Saturday Evening Pre-Banquet Cocktail Party: $10,000

• Sponsorship of Saturday’s Pre-Banquet Cocktail Party, providing two (2) drinks per guest. Sponsor logo featured prominently on cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.

Saturday Evening ThrillerMaster After Party: $10,000

• Sponsorship of Saturday’s Post-Banquet ThrillerMaster After Party, providing two (2) drinks per guest. Sponsor logo featured prominently on cocktail napkins. Napkins designed and implemented by the ThrillerFest team, with artwork approved by Sponsor.
